2. Program Enrollment
Enrollment in the AskSkill Corporate program is subject to a formal application, assessment, and acceptance process. Specific program fees, payment schedules, and enrollment terms are shared directly with candidates during the application process. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.
3. Code of Conduct
Our program is designed as a simulated corporate environment operating from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior, punctuality, and a respectful demeanor at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, training materials, methodologies, and resources provided during the AskSkill Corporate program are the intellectual property of AskSkill Corporate and its parent company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit these materials without our explicit written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AskSkill Corporate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the program or use of our website. While we provide robust placement assistance, we do not guarantee employment, and we are not liable for the outcome of your job search.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a candidate's participation in the program at any time for serious violations of our Code of Conduct, non-payment of agreed fees, or any action that harms the reputation or operation of AskSkill Corporate.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate that changes have been made by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or participation in the program following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
